The EG Group board of directors consists of Mohsin Issa, Zuber Issa, Manjit Dale and Gary Lindsay. Imraan Patel is the Company Secretary.

Gary Lindsay joined TDR Capital in June 2008. Prior to joining TDR, Gary worked in the Chemicals and Industrial investment banking teams at both Citi and Bear Stearns in London.
