Fast food partners – Subway

We launched our first Subway store at Ashton Road in December 2005 and have grown the franchise to 14 outlets across the North West and Midlands, with a further 4 outlets planned in the next 6 months.

Our most recent Subway addition to the Euro Garages portfolio is at our flagship Rylands site in Lancaster.

We have worked closely with Subway over the last 3 years and have both benefited from our relationship. We obtain an income stream and increased footfall on site and Subway has developed a profitable business model, which we are both looking to continue to develop as we expand the size of our network.
