We launched our first Subway store at Ashton Road in December 2005 and have since grown the franchise to nearly 20 outlets across the North West and Midlands with several more planned over the next few months.

Subway outlets in our portfolio include ones at Rylands, Beehive and at Heathrow airport.

We have worked closely with Subway over the last seven years and have both benefited from our relationship. We obtain an income stream and increased footfall on forecourt and Subway has developed a profitable business model, which we are both looking to continue to develop as we expand the size of our network.
