Rylands redevelopment
We completed a full demotion and rebuild of our Rylands site in Lancaster at the beginning of 2009.
The 10-week programme included:
- Construction of a new canopy
- Increased number of pumps
- Increased parking space
- Installed ancillary services such as an ATM
- Installed a self-service Coffee Nation machine
- Introduced a Subway franchise
- Introduced a SPAR branded convenience store.
As a result year on year fuel sales increased by 50% and retail sales by 50%.
