Motorway redevelopment
The redevelopment of our motorway site in Bury, just off the M66, was a 16-week programme which completed in September.
The full demolition and rebuild programme included:
- Re-planned site
- Six new pumps installed
- New canopy constructed
- Created 3000 sq ft of quality SPAR branded retail space
- Introduced Subway franchise
- Introduced self-service Coffee Nation machines
- Created a total of 10 parking spaces
- Installed ancillary services (ATM and National Lottery).
Year on year fuel sales increased by 25% and retail sales by 30%.
